Dreams

Dreams Now days I gotta sight The way I mind, is that right? See me a boy rushing For a life growing Beside him a pup Growling at his stone puff! Never know what we dearth We sob to the known earth’ Not once loved what you had Got passionate for something bad Grasp them in glee Wanna know what I see? It’s Numb for what you cry You live thinking it’s dry Away from folks In the domain known to folks We see, we Want We want, we See You never gratified You snubbed how to live; You Died. Sight the relative Living in the native Boy and a girl together See the fight they gather Live your life Never gonna leave See it; deed it But never forget to let it Broke you; stole You Believe me, ya never knew… … Dreams Hurts. 19:07 19 March 2016 ©SmitFairytale

I Am, But A Lover

I am, but a lover I yearn, like a craver I don’t know what is love I stare silently, like a dove I write his inks on paper I pour gay in words, like a dreamer Like a cheater, I hide within letters I touch souls, softly like feathers I’m quite like a fire, a loner I grieve rainbows, like a wanderer I stare like a hawk From far away, at him, I gawk I’m a poet, nothing but a liar Cause I am, but a lover 18:07 13 March 2017 ©SmitFairytale

She’s There Uptown

I still see her in midst of my gin When I’m alone, I go to her to lean She’s there uptown on the sixth floor And I’m here lurking near dirty door I un-see when I see her on my lane And I crave her when I see her on my chain I wish I can have her right here On this stranger’s couch hoping she won’t fear Though I have a shield called ego That forces me to let her go I can’t feel her when I write her songs But I can’t help but miss her in these party lawns She’s my home, she’s my escape Though she an angel, but also a devil with the cape I live inside the four walls and two arms But she’s the girl from headlights and has striking charms I hope she sees me crawling drunk on my dude’s floor I might be something else but I’m right there begging at her door I ignored her; I ignored my feels for her I ignored when she was with me, unfortunately it was my err But now what I feel is new Now I cry on that pillowcase, only if she knew Now all I do is...

The Air I want to Breathe

Am I lost? I don’t feel like I belong here I don’t think my lungs like the air I breathe I’ve seen those dreams Of snowflakes and maples leaves I think that’s where I belong I think that’s the air I want to breathe I’ve never accepted what my friends like Maybe they’re waiting for me among that weekend parties And I think that’s where I belong I think that’s the air I want to breathe I don’t like when he doesn’t esteem me Maybe he knows that I’ve come from those Subway lives That’s why I think that’s where I belong I think that’s the air I want to breathe I see their pictures of having what I want I read their stories and assume me with them I think that’s where I belong I think that’s the air I want to breathe But will they accept me? 19:16 09 Feb. 17 ©SmitFairytale

Country Song

I remember you when I sit under maple trees for long I smile when I hear our country song We used to write our music among these bushes And we missed those promises made within hushes Still are those words in this breeze, Linger around my lips like our first kiss I don’t know what changed us so much I thought we’ll make it till the end but maybe it was our hunch But blame isn’t on you though ‘Cause you’re mourning the same poem, I know I know that you love me the same I know that you miss me when you’re drown in the fame But this time has changed all the tunes It’s easier to grasp on a memory that fumes Rather than wait along those grey highways And ask in the gust whether you’re on your way My heart beat faster when I memorize your eyes I hope you sing these words and come back where your heart lies ‘Cause I still remember you when I sit under maple trees for long And I still smile when I hear our country song 21:07 ...

That’s all I preach

Image
I’ve got my coffee and my luck I’ve got everything and nothing suck I’m happy and I’m about to reach My goal and that’s all I preach Though it’s still dark when I’m writing this But I’m sure that those stars are shining in cold breeze I’ll read this poem again tomorrow When the sun rises again and fades the sorrow Now I’m counting those days When I’ll dance like bumblebee around hays Because I’m happy and I’m about to reach My goal and that’s all I preach Maybe I was bound to dream every hour Maybe I was bound to be far I know I’ll miss my summer ice creams And they still ask me about my dreams Those dreams which I lived for Are about to be fulfilled now, everyone’s sure And so I’m happy ‘cause I’m about to reach My goal and that’s all I preach 21:03 05 Feb. 17   ©SmitFairytale

The Photograph

They say that the time never stops But didn’t they tell you that I can even stop drops? It’s me, the photograph, who’ll hold you Till the time it gets better, even if the time flew People say that I’m just a copy, just an ‘it’ But I’m capable of holding moments, making everything lit I’ll make you remember those spring birds I’ll make you cherish flowers of what you’ve heard I’ll make you cry by those gestures so small I’ll make you wonder by those abstracts you call And I’ll make you feel a thing called love And a thing called memory And a thing called home Cause it’s me, the photograph, who’ll hold you Till the time it gets better, even if the time flew 18 Jan. 17 21:57 ©SmitFairytale
